Parents out there worries that having their child eat chocolates most of the time will result to dental problems like caries. That's all lie. A recent study has showed that dark chocolates show no complete evidence of dental caries among children. It promotes good dental health instead study shows.
So instead of giving your child large mega doses of vitamins and minerals, add some dark chocolate in their daily diet instead. It is much more fun and enticing way to supplement your child's diet.
